• Develop a comprehensive internal audit plan that is relevant to the risks, issue and challenges faced by the business.

• Ascertaining the extent to wish company assets are accounted for, and safeguard from losses of all kinds.
• Ascertaining the reliability of accounting and other management data developed within the organization.
• Provide internal consulting assurance advisory service to management and the board by providing objective assessment of evidence to provide an independent opinion or conclusions regarding a process, system or any other subject matter such as a assessing an ongoing business transformation project.
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree of any field and a Certified Internal Auditor with the Institute of Internal Auditors.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Chief Internal Audit.
• Have knowledge in Business risk and effective risk-management techniques.

• Planning, designing, develop and implementing an overall risk management process for the organization by developing operating frameworks relevant and appropriate to the achievement of business objectives and organizational goals.
• Identifying, evaluating and estimating the qualitative and quantitative risks affecting the various businesses and formalizing contingency plans and mitigating measures to manage those risks.
• Implementing a set of risk metrics and reports, including losses and incidents, key exposures, and early warning indicators
• Monitoring and reviewing processes to ensure risk management and compliance arrangements are in place. Set-up Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery Planning operating procedures with Internal Audit Dept, for group wide implementation of Corporate Governance and Risk Management framework
• Risk evaluation, which involves comparing estimated risks with risk criteria, established by the organization, such as costs, tolerance, appetite, environmental factors and regulatory requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Degree, Master Degree from a recognized university specializing in Engineering, Quantity Survey, Science, Business, Finance, Economics or Statistics, preferably with Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Financial Risk Manager (FRM) or Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA),
• Preferably Managers with 10 year(s) of working experience in risk related work such as internal audit environment, operational risk management and captive insurance experience.
• A good understanding and knowledge of the various businesses, support system, capital market, regulatory issues, best practices and a sound appreciation of the existing and emerging risk issues would be a significant advantage.
• Familiar with various risk management tools such as Bow Tie Diagrams, SAPHIRE, TRIMS, @Risk, CORAM, Cura Quants, Qura Enterprise, RiskAoA, Risk Management Plan and others.
• Knowledge in domestic & international regulations compliance, claims, liaison with loss adjusters and surveyors.
• Strong track record of analytical and modeling experience, including identifying the problem, developing options and delivering solutions.
• Initiate cost control measures by achieving resource efficiency and managing overheads.

• Familiar with SACS and SESAM software
• Offshore Structural Design experience is a must
• Preferred someone with semi-submersible design experience as well.

b) Lead Engineer for Sub Structure
• B.Engineering / M.Eng / M.Sc. in Civil / Structural
• More than 20 years of experience preferred
• Familiar with structural design of semi – submersible or plated structures
• Sufficient experience in steel plated hull design with relevant construction and installation experience
• Familiar with in house software SACS and WAMIT
• Steel gravity based sub-structure experience

c) Senior Offshore Outfitting Architect
• Bachelor of Architectural or equivalent
• More than 10 years of related experience
• Able to lead a team to handle design of offshore living quarters and technical rooms
• Must have offshore architectural design experience
• Must be familiar with SOLAS, CAP437 and other industry standards
• Prefer someone with 3D modeling and site experience

d) Structural Project Engineer
• B.Eng or B.Sc. in Civil Engineering
• 3 years Offshore experierince preferred
• Prefers project management rather than technical work
• Must have offshore design and management experience
• Must have fabrication and installation experience
