I’ve been in this industry for almost a year…What are the other requirements needed to be qualified to join Shell or ExxonMobil as their Engineer..I found its very tough to join them especially to younger breed like me…Currently attached to MMHE@Pasir Gudang

Appreciate if you wish to share some input on offshore pipe line weld inspection using this so called Phase Array or Automated Ultrasonic testing.

Have you encounter these inpection method at offshore before?Did Sapura had established their own team/department to cater this kind of inspection?

As far as i know, there is no requirement for Chemical Engineer since the main business of SapuraCrest is TRANSPORTATION & INSTALLATION of offshore facilities. There for the core discipline would be Civil & Mechanical…

Nuar.. Why limit your self to Sapura?

There is a lot more oil & gas companies out there… Sapura is only one of them…

Ive gone through 2 interviews already with Sapura.
None of them succesful :C
Next year turning to 27.
and the maximum year for junior post is 27
i wonder if still have chance to join.
doing no o&g related job now.
so experiences now are useless.

I’m a fresh graduate 2009 from UKM. I would like to ask about chemical engineer position in sapura since all the vacancies show that sapura only wants mechanical or civil engineer. how about us the chemical engineer?

I still waiting@hope for Sapura Hr call me 4 the interview,

currently I work as Project Engineer at MMC O&G,

but until today no call from them so far,

I’m really interested to work as Field Engineer!
