Its an absolute total violation to offshore HSE standard for any offshore oil & gas related company (if this act occur within contractual worksite & period). Do this & you’re banned from going offshore under your current CLIENT flag - that i can guarantee.

Hmm, my comment on this video is: is it kosher? The helideck (looks like one) is very low for a fixed structure, and very steady for a floating facility (and still very low). If you did that from most Malaysian offshore assets, you would be jumping from, say 30+m, and instead of laughing it off, you might be fish bait.
Perhaps it’s a decommissioned rig. Or a commercial helipad on a pier.
